Find and secure a venue.

Find and secure a suitable public venue at little or no cost, such as a school, temple, auditorium, park, library, or community space. World Sangeeth Day celebrations should be held in welcoming public venues that are accessible and open to everyone, rather than in private residences or business offices. Funds for Basic Expenses

Strive to organize World Sangeeth Day at zero cost. Here’s how:

(1) Secure a Free Public Venue:

Look for venues that can be used at no cost. If the venue includes basic audio equipment, that’s a bonus.

Examples:

World Sangeeth Day is designed to be simple and community-driven. Since performers and venues collaborate voluntarily, there is no need for large production teams or complex logistics. However, some coordination and promotion effort—through volunteers or in-kind support—is essential, especially in the early stages.

(2) Check permits and insurance requirements:

Check with local government if you need any permits or insurances for public venues.

(3) Promote Sangeeth Day widely:

Public awareness and community engagement:

You can also collaborate with local institutions to spread the word through websites, newsletters, and community networks.

Smart funding

You can also raise small donations to help cover basic World Sangeeth Day expenses.

You can also welcome in-kind contributions, such as water bottles, snacks, and other simple essentials.
